Hi, I’m LL and I’m a knitter, gardener, writer, crafter, and an animal lover who sometimes does yoga and loves taking pictures on our 5 acres in Sparks, MD. I’ve always wanted to live in a farmhouse in the country and now I do, but hope to retire to a cottage by the sea. I share said farmhouse, Moreland Manor, with a wonderful husband, a sweet bunny and a cute dog that sheds a lot. I captured the sunflowers at the top of the blog from a farm down the road.
When I leave the homestead, I usually venture out with some sort of bag (not to be confused with a purse) that is filled with a bit of knitting, a bottle of water, blistex and my iphone.
I am nester and tend to make myself at home everywhere I go.
